OUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you are sending a return, please read this whole page.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the first (30) days, you may return it for a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable), or an immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must email us 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Defective Merchandise may be returned up to 30 days after purchase.

Defective merchandise may be returned for an exchange of the same item only.

All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

In order to receive credit, your merchandise must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

RETURNS MUST BE SAFELY PACKED USING A CORRUGATED BOX WITH PADDING.    WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED DUE TO NEGLIGENT PACKING.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BY A METHOD THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.
(USPS PRIORITY MAIL with Signature Confirmation, UPS, FedEx, AIRBORNEXPRESS, ETC.)

It is the customers responsibility to insure their return package.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We must receive your return within 7 days of authorizing your return.    Failure to do so may result in losing or delaying your credit.

DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE TO VISION PRODUCTIONS

Contact us by email at info@pluscellular.com to request your return authorization number.  Make sure to include the following information:

Include a photocopy of your invoice with your return.

  1. Your Name and email address
  2. The address the merchandise was shipped to
  3. Product number and/or product name
  4. Reason for return
  5. Pack your return in a corrugated box with padding.
  6. Return for replacement, or refund to:

    7. Make sure to clearly mark your RMA # on the outside of your return package.
